Pre-orders

If you pre-order and the Stripe app is not available to you by 31 January 2027, we refund your pre-order payment in full on request.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time from your billing page; the plan ends at the end of the current month and is not renewed. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid month we refund that month in full.

Annual plans

If you cancel within 14 days of the annual charge we refund it in full. After that, we refund the unused whole months on request.
